The military conflict between Russian and Georgian forces is undoubtedly a curtain raiser that could potentially escalate into a much larger conflict. Although this is an extremely serious situation, the U.S. press has downplayed its significance choosing not to make this the top story of the day. This is despite the fact that the U.S. has had an active military presence in Georgia for several years and had been recently conducting joint drills with the Georgian military only weeks ago. Not only that, but the Debka File is reporting that the Israelis have also been providing military support to Georgia. With that said, there is little doubt that U.S. forces are actively engaged in battle with the Georgian military fighting the Russians. An even more ominous fact is that the Georgian military started this conflict by invading the province of South Ossetia a territory that is around 90% Russian. The Georgian military forces started this by entering South Ossetia, killing Russian peace keepers which results in the Russian response. This fact has been confirmed by the London Guardian, Reuters and other media outlets, meaning that the Georgian puppet government backed by the U.S. and Israel has launched an attack against Russia. This is an extremely serious situation and the U.S. corporate controlled press is acting like the Russians were the one’s that started this whole thing when that is a total distortion of everything that the foreign press has been saying. This is outrageous considering the U.S. involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan. It should also come as no surprise that something like this has happened on August 8th, 2008 or 8/8/08 due to the numerological significance of the date to the elite who follow the occult and the added distraction of the Olympics. There is little doubt that this event has been engineered by powerful people in the Anglo-American establishment.

Georgia and Russia were today on the brink of full-scale war after Russian tanks rolled across the border to back separatists in the breakaway South Ossetia region.

With many hundreds of people feared to have been killed and the South Ossetian capital, Tskhinvali, reported to have been severely damaged, Georgia said it was pulling 1,000 of its troops out of Iraq to redeploy them against Russia.

Georgia, a strong US ally, currently has 2,000 soldiers in Iraq, but half would now be withdrawn, a Georgian official, who described them as "some of our best soldiers", said.

The South Ossetian president, Eduard Kokoity, told Russian media that an estimated 1,400 people had died due to "Georgian aggression" against the region. The figure could not be verified.

The Russian incursion began after Georgia launched a major military offensive to retake control of South Ossetia, which has enjoyed de facto autonomy since the early 1990s but officially remains part of the country.

It is well documented that the U.S. has maintained a sizable military force in Georgia for quite sometime now. Here’s a blurb from a recent Associated Press report detailing a military exercise with 1,200 U.S. servicemen and 800 Georgians participating.

Georgian and U.S. troops started a joint military exercise Tuesday amid growing tensions between the ex-Soviet republic and Russia, a Georgian defense ministry official said.

About 1,200 U.S. servicemen and 800 Georgians will train for three weeks at the Vaziani military base near the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, ministry spokesman Mindiya Arabuli said. He said the drills were planned months ago and are not related to recent tensions over two separatist Georgian regions that are backed by Moscow.

The Financial Times and other publications also ran stories on these drills, meaning that there are most likely around 1,000 U.S. servicemen in Georgia. If 1,000 U.S. troops left Georgia, it would have generated some sort of news coverage. Thus far we have been unable to find any news reports on U.S. military personnel leaving Georgia between the time of this drill and this conflict.

This means that U.S. forces have to be mixed in with the Georgian military fighting the Russians as we speak. This is a possibility not being talked about by any of the pundits and talking heads in the mainstream media between the non-stop coverage of non-news stories like the John Edwards sex scandal and the bad smog affecting the Olympics.

This has not stopped the U.S. military from denying that any U.S. forces are involved in this conflict.

The Pentagon took a hands off approach to outbreak of hostilities between Russia and Georgia Friday, keeping tabs on US military trainers there and dusting off contingency plans should Americans need to be evacuated, Pentagon officials said.

However, there were no plans to redeploy the estimated 130 US troops and civilian contractors who are stationed in the area around Tblisi, Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman said. He said all have been accounted for.

"They are not involved in any way in this conflict between the Russian military and the Georgian military," said Lieutenant Colonel John Dorrian, a spokesman for the US European Command.

Just a few weeks ago, the U.S. had over 1,000 troops training with the Georgian military and now they are just no longer there? Do they really expect us to believe that the U.S. military no longer has these forces stationed there considering that the Georgians were the ones that started this conflict by entering the disputed territory of South Ossieta? Also, why are there reports of the Israelis in Georgia? The U.S. government has lied time and time again and has been entirely discredited, so why should we believe them now?

On top of that, is it really a coincidence that this started on August 8th, 2008 considering that the global elite are obsessed with numerology? They like engineering events on particular days. Look at the 9/11 attacks, the 7/7 bombings in London, the 3/11 bombings in Madrid, the 11/22/63 date of the JFK assassination as well as many others. In addition, the Olympics are providing a perfect distraction so this particular operation does not get the scrutiny it deserves.

Simply put, U.S. and Israeli backed forces in Georgia have launched a provocative act against the Russians. It would certainly not be in the best interest of the establishment that profits off of war, to have the truth broadcast to the American people. Hopefully this situation will not escalate, but if it does, this could potentially be the start of a larger regional conflict.
